Booking & getting in

How do I book a bay?

Pick your bay, date, and time on the booking page, then pay by card. Your reservation is confirmed the moment payment clears, and you get a private door PIN right away.

Do I need an account or a password?

No passwords here. Enter your phone number, we text you a 6-digit code, and you're in. Your phone number is your account.

How do I get into the facility?

Every confirmed booking gets a private door PIN for your reservation window. It shows on your confirmation email and in your dashboard. The PIN is personal to your booking, so please don't share it.

Is anyone working on-site?

Any Swing is self-serve. The facility is unstaffed, you let yourself in with your PIN, and the bay is yours for your whole window. Clear signage and your confirmation walk you through everything.

How far in advance can I book?

Up to two weeks out. Members can book further ahead.

Can I reserve both bays at once?

Yes. Book a single bay, or reserve both bays as one reservation for a larger group or a private session.

At the facility

What are your hours?

Open daily, 6 AM to 11 PM. The live list of open slots is always on the booking page.

Do I need to bring my own clubs?

Bring your own gear if you have it, that's what we'd recommend. If not, we keep loaner clubs and balls on-site at no extra cost.

Can I bring food and drinks?

Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome. Alcohol is not permitted at the facility.

What's in each bay?

A tour-level launch monitor capturing 16+ metrics on every shot, AI swing coaching that tracks your progress, and 200+ courses on GSPro, all in a private, climate-controlled bay.

Guests

How many people can share a bay?

Up to 4 people per bay. You can add up to 3 guests to your reservation when you book or later from your dashboard.

Do my guests need to do anything before playing?

Yes. Every guest signs the liability waiver first, right on their phone, which takes about a minute. The door PIN only unlocks once everyone on the reservation has a signed waiver.

I have a bigger group. What then?

Reserve both bays. That gives you room for up to 8 across the two bays, which is the move for a party or a team outing.

Membership

Is there a membership, and what do I get?

Yes, and it pays for itself quickly. Members get 25% off every booking, priority access to peak slots, session stats and progress tracking, invitations to member-only events and leagues, and a longer booking window so you can reserve further ahead than non-members. Pick monthly to stay flexible, or annual for the best rate.

How do I manage my membership?

From your dashboard, anytime. Change or cancel on your own, no phone call needed.

Cancellations & refunds

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancel anytime before your start time from your dashboard. Cancel at least 24 hours ahead and you get an automatic full refund to your original payment method. Inside 24 hours, the booking is released but isn't refunded. Your exact window is shown on your confirmation.

How do refunds work?

Eligible refunds go back to your original card automatically. They usually take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Can I cancel my membership?

Monthly members can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the current month. Annual is final sale: the upfront fee isn't refundable, but cancelling stops the next year's renewal and you keep your benefits through the year you've paid for.
