This Privacy Policy explains how Any Swing Golf ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our facility, website, and services (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to this Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

You provide: - Name, email address, and phone number when you book a bay or join a membership. - Payment information when you check out (card details are submitted directly to Stripe; we do not store full card numbers). - Communications you send us (support emails, booking notes).

We collect automatically: - Booking history, attendance status, and door access events. - Device, browser, and basic technical info when you use the website. - Camera footage from facility security cameras while you are on the premises.

We do NOT collect: - Government-issued ID. - Biometric data (fingerprints, face geometry). - Geolocation outside the facility.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

- Operate bookings, payments, and door access. - Send transactional notifications (booking confirmations, cancellation notices, PIN codes, refund updates) via email and SMS. - Investigate incidents, prevent fraud, and protect facility security. - Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests. - Improve the Services and customer experience.

We do NOT sell your personal information. We do NOT share your information with advertisers or use it for advertising profiling.

3. WHO WE SHARE WITH

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Services, under contracts that limit them to processing your data on our behalf:

- Stripe (payment processing) - Twilio (SMS verification and notifications) - Resend (transactional email) - Verkada (door access control and security cameras) - Supabase (database hosting) - Vercel (web application hosting)

We may also share information when required by law, in response to lawful requests by public authorities, or to enforce our Terms or protect our rights, property, or safety.

4. DATA RETENTION

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after to comply with legal, accounting, and regulatory requirements (typically up to 7 years). Door access events, booking history, and Payment records are retained for the same period to support dispute resolution and incident investigation. Camera footage is retained per the retention period configured on the camera system, typically 30 days unless required longer for an incident.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you specific rights:

- Right to know what personal information we collect, use, and share. - Right to request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions. - Right to correct inaccurate personal information. - Right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To exercise any of these rights, email Team@anyswing.com from the address on your account. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

6. COOKIES AND TRACKING

We use only the cookies necessary to operate the Services (session authentication, payment processing). We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies that profile users across sites.

7. SECURITY

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted database connections, hashed and signed session tokens, server-side payment processing, and access logging on admin actions. No system is perfectly secure; you provide your information at your own risk.

8. CHILDREN

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Guests under 18 may use the facility only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who has signed the liability waiver on their behalf.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted at /privacy with an updated version date. Continued use of the Services after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Policy.
