Liability Waiver

By signing this waiver you acknowledge and agree that:

1. Indoor golf simulator use carries inherent risks of personal injury, including slips, trips, falls, and contact with golf equipment, balls, mats, screens, and other guests. 2. You will use Any Swing Golf facilities at your own risk and follow all posted safety rules and staff instructions. 3. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, you release Any Swing Golf, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims for ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE arising out of your use of the facility. 4. This release does NOT apply to gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot be waived under California law. 5. You represent that you are 18 years of age or older, OR that you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor in your care and are signing this waiver on their behalf and accepting its terms for them. Unaccompanied minors are not permitted at the facility. 6. You consent to receiving booking confirmations, access codes, and operational notices via email and SMS to the contact information on your account. 7. Access PIN codes are personal to your booking and may not be shared with others. Sharing a PIN may result in revoked access and account suspension. 8. The facility is video-monitored 24/7 for safety and operational purposes. Recordings may be retained per our retention policy. 9. Your electronic acceptance of this waiver has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting Any Swing Golf, but doing so will end your ability to receive PIN access for future bookings.
